Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026

These terms govern try.houstonwindle.com: the free Meta ads assessment and the paid Meta ads agent ($499/mo, cancel anytime), operated by HTOWN LLC (Houston Windle) at houstonwindle.com.

Acceptance

  • By using try.houstonwindle.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

  • Free: a limited public assessment of a Meta Page using the public Ad Library, showing a score and a small number of findings.
  • Paid: a subscription AI agent that researches your market, drafts creative, and creates and manages Meta ad campaigns on your behalf.
  • You keep your own Meta ad account and your own payment method on Meta. Ad spend is billed by Meta to you directly, never through us.

Eligibility and account responsibility

  • You must be able to form a binding contract and be authorized to act for the business whose Meta assets you connect.
  • You are responsible for activity under your connected accounts and for keeping your credentials secure.

Pricing and cancellation

  • The paid plan is $499 per month in USD. Cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • The free assessment is provided at no charge.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. We do not refund the current paid period for partial use, except where required by law.

Your Meta account

  • You retain full ownership of your Meta account, Pages, ad accounts, pixels, and data.
  • While connected, you grant us permission to act on your behalf through the Meta APIs within the scopes you approve. You can revoke this at any time by disconnecting.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal advertising. No verticals or claims you know are prohibited by Meta's advertising policies.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping of the service, or attempts to access another client's data.
  • We may refuse or disconnect accounts that violate these rules or Meta's policies.

AI and creative disclaimer

  • Creative, copy, research, and campaign recommendations are assistive outputs. They are starting points, not finished legal or compliance review.
  • You are responsible for the final ads that run: their claims, their compliance with Meta policies and the law, and especially regulated categories such as health and financial offers.

No performance guarantee

  • We do not guarantee ad performance, lead volume, spend outcomes, return on ad spend, or that Meta will approve any ad, account, or Page.

Intellectual property

  • Your content stays yours: your creatives, your answers, your data. You grant us a license to process it only to provide the service.
  • Our product, code, and methods stay ours. No ownership transfers either way.

Disclaimers and liability

  • The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your ads, your business, your content, or your violation of these terms or Meta's policies.

Termination

  • You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or Meta's policies, or to protect the service or other clients.
  • On termination, your paid access ends at the close of the current period and your connected Meta access is revoked.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
